A formulator at heart, an operator by trade.

I'm Craig Tinerella — a product builder working at the intersection of chemistry, manufacturing, and people. As COO of Interactive Inks & Coatings, a family-owned flexographic ink manufacturer, I help run operations and marketing for a company named Custom Flexographic Inks Manufacturer of the Year (2024) — known for nimble, customized formulations and technology that cuts substrate waste dramatically.

I co-founded and serve as General Manager of 3D Resin Solutions, developing high-performance 3D-printing resins for industry and hobbyists. Across both companies I developed and manage the ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems that keep our products consistent, documented, and audit-ready. For fun with my family, I also own Sunray Savvy — handcrafted, clean, small-batch skincare.

More recently I've become an Agentic Engineer: I teach classes and build AI-powered applications for people and businesses new to AI — or wanting to use it far better. The goal never changes, whether the medium is ink, resin, or software: make something genuinely useful, and make it easy to understand.

Do you offer AI training and consulting near me?

Yes. I provide AI training, coaching, and custom AI development across the Chicago area — including Kane, DuPage, DeKalb, Kendall, McHenry, Cook, Will, and Lake County, Illinois — both on-site and remotely. I also travel for the right engagement.

What is an Agentic Engineer?

An Agentic Engineer designs and builds AI "agents" — software powered by AI that carries out real tasks and workflows. In practice, I build custom AI applications and automations, and teach people and teams how to use AI confidently.

Who is your AI training for?

Anyone — from individuals and small businesses brand new to AI, to established companies that want to use it far more effectively. No technical background is required.
